Payroll Services

FDS Law offers payroll calculation and payment services, both on a standalone basis and as an integrated part of the Russian accounting services.

Payroll services include monthly calculation of payroll of employees and Russian taxes and other levies due in respect of the payroll, preparation of payment orders for payment of payroll, taxes and levies due in respect of the payroll.

These services also include preparation of personalized reporting for each employee and its filing with the Pension Fund of Russia, preparation of the personal income tax reporting for each employee showing the amount of income paid and personal tax withheld by the employer and its filing with the Russian tax authority.

Our payroll services are closely connected with our Employment Law legal services where our legal team will help our client to develop the necessary employment documents that will enable our accounting team to properly account for payments made to the client's employees.
